Toured incessantly, rotated members in, out and back in. 30+ years on, they return to miniBar to share the existential bliss of late stage everything.Lorna Kay (Lauren Krum) is a Kansas City–based singer, songwriter, and DJ known for her work in classic country music and her "Lorna Kay’s Country Club" project. She performs original songs and covers, featuring a sound inspired by Dolly Parton and Emmylou Harris, with a self-titled EP released in September 2025.
SHE SAID is a Kansas City-based musical act, a time warp of styles and substance, this supergroup of veteran musicians takes what it wants from the Rock-n-Roll canon and spits out a riotous sound. With nods to The Pretenders, Joan Jett, Stevie Nicks, Nancy Sinatra and a cosmic microdose of The B-52s, She Said confidently walks their talk into a new era of Midwestern power pop.
