Chelsea Estate Heritage Park - Cardio and Chat & Café

What are you doing this Saturday 7th November?
Join me and others a walk on the Northshore meeting at Chelsea Estate Heritage Park the home of the Sugar Cafe, small lakes and fantastic views of the Harbour Bridge.
Meet and Greet is 10.30am at the end of Colonial Road in Birkenhead.
Look out for me wearing Orange Fluro Top at the Carpark end of Colonial Road.
We will walk around the tracks here , that have small lakes and fantastic views of the Harbour Bridge next to the Chelsea Sugar Factory and Cafe.
Carry everything you need to keep yourself happy outdoors today. Wear warm clothes for stopping as we will learn something about the things we see along the way including the trees here and birds.
After walking through the side tracks for an easy hour plus..We will aim to get to the Sugar Cafe afterwards.
Or relax under trees here.
Activities ideally suited for people wanting to slow down and look around instead of rushing from A to B.
