Now in its 10th year, Chelmsford Mind Body Spirit & Wellbeing Festival has grown into Essex’s most loved wellbeing event.

For one vibrant weekend, the Racecourse will be transformed into a hub of colour, energy, and positivity.

Life Arts, founded by Chris Cozens in 1998, has been organising Mind Body & Spirit events since 1999.
