Do as much of it as you want. Pace will be dictated by the group, usually 12-14. We'll have stopping/regrouping points along the way. For those unfamiliar with the trail don't let the elevation profile scare you. It is a very easy ride. The entire ride is on a dedicated paved path away from traffic. There are spots we will be crossing a roads.
