Chefsgiving 2025: A Charity Dinner Event

After two highly successful years, luxury boutique hotel Pendry Chicago and acclaimed French Brasserie Venteux proudly announce the return of Chicago Chefsgiving. This exclusive one-night-only dinner at Venteux, nestled on the ground floor of Chicago’s historic Pendry Hotel on Michigan Avenue, will once again unite a distinguished lineup of the city’s most celebrated chefs to champion a vital local cause. Mark your calendars for Thursday, November 20th, 2025. This special event is a cornerstone of a broader philanthropic initiative by Pendry Hotels, the national luxury boutique hotel brand, which first launched its Chefsgiving series at its San Diego property in 2018. A significant portion ($50) of each Chefsgiving ticket sold will directly benefit a deserving local cause in each property’s respective market, embodying the spirit of giving back during the Thanksgiving season. In 2023, Pendry Chicago inaugurated its first-ever Chicago Chefsgiving with a five-course charity dinner that profoundly benefited the Pilsen Food Pantry’s New Migrant Program.

This year, Pendry Chicago and Venteux are dedicated to enhancing community health through the transformative power of food and nutrition, a mission passionately championed by our esteemed event charity beneficiary, the Greater Chicago Food Depository. For over four decades, the Greater Chicago Food Depository has been a leader in providing comprehensive culinary and nutrition education programs across the U.S., collaborating closely with families, schools, and community-based partners to illuminate the myriad benefits of cooking and shared meals on our physical, mental, spiritual, and social well-being.

This dinner will be led by Venteux's Executive Chef Marcel Heiduk, with guest chef partners to be announced.Tickets are $150 per person, including taxes, gratuity, and fees. $50 from each ticket will benefit the Greater Chicago Food Depository. 4:30 - 6:00 PM: Cocktail Hour in Venteux Cafe and Pendry Library

6:00 - 9:00 PM: Curated Dinner in Veteux Main Dining Room
