In this edition of our Meet the Maker series, we take you on a savory adventure around Asia. Join us for a refined three-course dining experience, which begins with a cocktail hour from 6 to 7pm, featuring our sumptuous Sushi Station offering shrimp tempura roll, California roll, garden roll, and spicy tuna roll paired elegantly with warm sake.
For the second course, refreshing Vietnamese Chilled Shrimp Spring Roll, filled with mango, avocado, spring lettuce, carrots, and drizzled with sesame ginger sauce.
