This intimate Chef's Table Experience features a specially curated three-course menu prepared by Chef Ernesto and our talented culinary team. 6:15 PM – Behind-the-Scenes Kitchen Experience
Step into the kitchen and experience the culinary process firsthand. Guests will have the opportunity to interact with Chef Ernesto and our culinary team while assisting with select meal preparation activities.
6:40 PM – Appetizer Course
Enjoy a chef-prepared appetizer while learning more about the inspiration behind the evening's menu.
7:00 PM – Entrée Course
Savor a beautifully prepared main course featuring Grilled Cajun Salmon with Citrus Beurre Blanc.
7:30 PM – Dessert & Mission Spotlight
