Clear onion consommé served with a soft milk bun filled with red bean paste.
🍱 Course 4 – Spirit’s Renewal
Chicken Katsu, crispy panko-fried chicken with rice, ponzu, citrus-daikon salad, sesame greens, and tonkatsu sauce.
🍮 Course 5 – Haku’s Memory
Milk Pudding, jasmine and honey pudding topped with jasmine cream, toasted rice crumble, sugar shard, and edible blossom.
