This month we are proud to feature The Prisoner Wine Co. Our sommelier has thoughtfully selected each wine to accompany every course, beginning with a delicate amuse-bouche and culminating in a decadent dessert. Each pairing has been chosen to elevate and complement Chef Vargas’s masterfully crafted menu.
