Welcome to the final anniversary celebration event.

As we celebrate the past, we look to the future; and Barcelona has a bright and long future in Columbus.

A supper club is an intimate and immersive social dining experience. We aim to bring the community together over the table, to connect, socialize and immerse ourselves in a dining experience.

Chef Ruben takes us on a tour through Spain. We visit six cities, tasting curated plates and wine pairing showcasing the local cuisine, flavors and recipes authentic to the each region.


This multi-course dinner will tantalize your tastebuds, while giving insight to Ruben’s creative mind. You have seen his creativity through dinner and tapa specials or an amuse-bouche. Now you get a whole dinner surrounding this creativity.

We start in Barcelona

Sea urchin foam, pickled carrots, beet glaze, green tobiko

Valencia: three hours south of Barcelona

Coca de longaniza: cured sausage flat bread, tomato, root vegetables
Barahonda Carro Tinto, Yecla

Sevilla: five hours southwest of Valencia

Mojama: salt cured and dried tuna, smoked tomato puree, capers aioli, arugula.
Atlantida Blanco, Cadiz

Madrid: two and a half hours north

Carrilleras: braised beef cheeks, root vegetable mousse
Zestos Tinto, Madrid

Bilbao: four hours north of Madrid

Iberico pork loin, txakoli and mushroom puree, garlicky potato
Gaintza Aitako, Getariako

Cantabria: two hours west

Sobao pasiego: figs, apple, butter
Mata Cream Sherry
