Chef Oscar’s pre-Hispanic dinner series honors the storied Aztec goddess of agave with a menu steeped in ancient culinary traditions. Experience the essence of Mayahuel, who is celebrated for her connection to the vital agave plant. This Prehispanic Modern Mexican menu combines the cooking methods and tastes of Old World Mexico with those of today’s familiar Mexican cuisine.
