Chef Mitch, an experienced executive chef, comes out of retirement to take over at Hamlet's Eatery. He has worked at top restaurants such as Ophelia's on The Bay and Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill at Caesar's Place.Hamlet's will resume regular hours Thursday - Saturday 10-3.
