Our skilled chefs will present a four-course meal featuring a fusion of German and Japanese cuisine, expertly paired with beverages to compliment each dish. Hollerbach's Chef de Cuisine Sam Winslow has teamed up with Mike Evans, head chef at Yugiri Ramen Project here in Sanford, to bring his expertise in Japanese cuisine.
