Chef Jordan Presents: Outrageous Olive Oils Edition

Join us for a special edition of Chef Jordan's Supper Club in collaboration with Outrageous Olive Oils & Vinegars! On Wednesday, September 25th, we'll close our dining room to everyone but YOU for a 5-course menu that spotlights the incredible flavors of premium olive oils and vinegars. The local husband-and-wife team behind Scottsdale's Outrageous Olive Oils will be there to share their story, offer a bit of olive oil education, and provide a few samples!

And who says U can’t drink your olive oil? We'll be mixing up olive oil infused cocktails exclusively for this event! A cocktail, glass of house wine, beer, or non-alcoholic beverage is included in the $65 per person ticket price. We will be offering 5pm and 7:30pm seating options that are limited to just 20 seats per time slot. Don’t miss out on local flavors and community connection—secure your spot now!

Starter: Whipped Tuscan Herb Olive Oil + 18 Year Aged Balsamic Sphere + Manchego Cheese + Ciabatta

Salad: Melon Salad w/ Lychee and White Balsamic Pickled Squash + Fresh Melon + Greek Yogurt + Black Pepper Olive Oil

Pasta: Pasta Arrabiata w/Calabrian Chili Pesto Olive Oil + Bucatini Pasta + Pecorino Cheese + Heirloom Tomato Confit + Crispy Garlic

Entrée: Choice of Beef Filet or Salmon Filet w/Smoked Leek Olive Oil + Onion Soubise + Potato Scale + Fennel Lemon Salad

Dessert: Olive Oil Cake + Grand Marnier + Lemon Crème Anglaise + Olive Oil Caramel + Cranberry Balsamic Peaches
