An annual highlight of the Festival is the cooking with lamb classes where you will learn a wide range of ways to cook lamb from some of the best local chefs.  Sign up for one or all and enjoy learning culinary techniques from these talented chefs. Tastes and wine provided.

NOTE: We ask that you please arrive on time because classes will start at the times listed. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected].                 

In light of the ongoing pandemic and in an abundance of caution for attendees' health and safety, the Board of Directors of the Trailing of the Sheep Festival has decided to require proof of vaccination against Covid-19 for attendance at the Cooking Classes. Valid forms of proof include a paper or digital copy of your CDC Vaccination Record Card. Or, a negative Covid-19 test, taken within 72 hours of the class, will be accepted in place of proof of vaccination. Mask wearing will now be required unless eating or drinking.

 Refund Policy: Refunds for classes will be issued until 12:00 noon on September 1, 2021.  A $5.00 fee will be assessed and only the class cost (but no original processing fees) will be refunded. Contact us through [email protected] for more information. Thank you.
