Come hungry, grab a seat, and get ready to eat!
In celebration of Filipino Heritage Month, Chef D is bringing you a Kamayan dinner inspired by his Filipino roots, his Hawaiian upbringing, and the flavors he grew up loving. Kamayan means “by hand,” so forget the forks and knives. This feast is meant to be shared, passed around, and enjoyed together.
Gather around one long communal table and dig into a spread of whole roasted lechon, steamed crab, garlic calamansi butter shrimp, chicken adobo, pork BBQ skewers, and plenty more ono grinds. We’ll have fresh fruit, house made sauces, and some Filipino sweets to finish things off.
It’s a little Filipino, a little Hawaiʻi, and plenty good! Come hang, eat good, and experience Chef D’s take on a traditional Kamayan feast.
Seats are limited, so come get your plate and dig in!
