This demo will be on the deck and includes getting a taste of the final recipes!

Chef Dave Cooks has been a caterer in Tuolumne County for many years. He believes his goal is “to provide delicious, natural options. That is why we prepare all of our meals with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.”
