About this Event
C.H.E.F. Academy is proud and excited to provide a way for teens to learn culinary skills and applying them in real life scenarios. This 4 day camp will give your student hands on experience in the kitchen while learning safety in the kitchen and hygiene.
Day One: Introduction to Culinary Basics
Day Two: Exploring International Cuisine
Day Three: Baking and Pastry Day
Day Four: Healthy Eating and Culinary Challenge

Day One: Introduction to Culinary Basics
Info: Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of culinary where they will learn and apply proper hygiene techniques before cooking in the kitchen.

Info: Students will explore with their instructor the uniqueness of international cuisines and the importance of appreciating cultural differences through food.
