Learn to make cheese from the experts at our artisan cheese factory, included is a guided cheese tasting appreciation class & wine sampler.Over 30 years of cheesemaking experience presenting our Hands on Cheesemaking Workshop.
Learn how to make Fromage Blanc (Cheese White) the French style fresh cheese - ideal for pizza, salad and just about anything. Take home the recipe so you'll be able to replicate your skills over and over and grow your home cheesemaking know how.
While this is a technical workshop, teaching the cheesemaking process it is also fun and convivial in nature, question and answers are welcomed & our team members are on stand by to assist during the session.
Our Cheese Appreciation Tasting Class 101 (Valued at $50pp) is included in the price with either wine or alternative to accompany.
