After you complete this class you will be able to make this tasty cheese at home! Havarti is a lovely, buttery flavored cheese that is perfect for so many different uses. This is a great cheese to learn no matter what your experience level. You will take home about an 8 ounce wheel of havarti to age and enjoy.
