In this class, you’ll make fresh ricotta cheese and learn the basics of cheese-making. Chef Malcolm will walk you through the history of cheese, how we take care of our dairy herd, and the sustainable farming practices that make it all possible.
You’ll leave with a container of fresh ricotta cheese—and the skills to make three different styles of fresh farmer’s cheese at home!
