About this Event

This class will teach you how to make Cheddar cheese from start to finish, you will sample a homemade Cheddar as well! You will have a great time learning how to make this popular cheese and take home a 1/2 pound wheel to age! Your handout will also include recipes for classic UK cheeses such as Cheshire, Red Leicester, Dunlop and Derby!
