Asiago is an Italian cheese made from cow's milk and has a nutty, sweet and creamy flavor that deepens as it ages. It is great eaten early or aged for a while! Asiago has become one of my new favorite cheeses.
Class fee - $50.
Take home ingredient kits will be available for $10 the day of class.
