About this Event

Age Restrictions

For ages 18 & up

A perennial  favorite and Fort Worth native is back to help us celebrate Women's History Month in a big way.  Paula started her company because she longed for the fresh mozzarella that she had grown accustomed to while living in Italy. Over forty years later, the Mozzarella Company creates a catalog filled with award-winning cheeses, and its founder continues to gather honors and awards for her contributions to the industry. Don't miss this opportunity to pick up tips on how to make the most of some of her special cheeses. She'll show you how to make each dish as you enjoy samples of her creations.

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine that has been paired with your meal.

  • Potato Pancakes with Smoked Salmon & Dilled Mascarpone
  • Chicken Breasts with Fresh Mozzarella
  • Field Greens with Pears, Deep Ellum Blue & Port Shallot Dressing
  • Lemon- Goat Cheese Tart
