Cheese Pairing with Hine Cognac

Cheese and wine is a pleasure that most of us indulge in on a relatively regular basis (especially if you come to a lot of our events). Less known, but no less enjoyable is pairing cheese and spirits. In this tasting we will be aligning the surprisingly diverse flavour profiles of Cognacs from the house of Hine, ranging from VSOP to Premier Cru XO, with some excellent cheeses from our extensive range, before clearing the palate with a chilled Champagne. A truly superlative experience and a wonderful treat before Christmas!

Tickets are only £25 per person, the event starts at 6pm on Wednesday the 17th of December.
