Did you ever wonder what Little Miss Muffet ate while sitting on a tuffet? Was it sweet or savory? Was it tasty or bland? Do you want to learn how to recreate her lunch and learn how to make curds, whey and as a bonus paneer (Indian-style cottage cheese) too.

Goran Stojanova will demonstrate how to make cottage cheese, as well as a Marscapone. All attendees will participate hands-on in the process and sample the cheese at the end if they'd like to. Elena will share recipes for using the curd cheese.
