Cheese Making

In this class, we will make fresh mozzarella, cottage cheese, and ricotta using common kitchen tools and store-bought milk. You will see the milk transform into cheese, and then taste it! Each attendee will get to taste the cheeses, and leave with some fresh mozzarella, a printed recipe, and enough rennet to make cheese yourself at home.
