Join Betsy Meerman from Green Pastures Organic Dairy for a hands-on learning experience! You will learn how to make fresh mozzarella, cream cheese and butter. This 2 hour class is a fun way to learn the basics of cheese making and you'll get to sample what we make.
Attendees will go home with rennet for 4 batches of mozzarella and recipes to begin your cheese making journey in your own home.
For ages 18+. There is a $10 cost to attend this program. Please register in person at the library.
