Join us at The Grazing Room at Boards by Dana for a cheese & yogurt making demonstration by Pam from Charlottetown Farms where she'll teach the art of making chèvre, ricotta & yogurt!
You will be provided with a detailed handout and follow along as Pam teaches and demonstrates the cheeses & yogurt.
Enjoy sampling each creation at the end of the demonstration! The cheeses & yogurt will also be for sale at the end of the class.
Each ticket includes a personal charcuterie box from The Grazing Room.
