In this hands-on class, you will learn to make Fetta, Haloumi, Mascarpone, and Ricotta Cheese along with Yoghurt. Take home the Fetta that you make along with some marinated Fetta. There are also tastings of products and lunch. All in our beautiful Cabin set amongst the vineyards of the Hunter Valley.
