Meet Becca; with over 16 years of experience in the cheese industry, Becca's passion for all things local is sure to elevate your taste experience. Becca's dedication to her craft is evident - she achieved certification by the American Cheese Society as a Certified Cheese Professional in 2014. Her expertise shines as she expertly matches the finest cheeses with our exceptional brews.
The Cheese and beer pairing is $30, including four beer tasters paired with four cheeses. CBC Head Brewer Jon Cueni will discuss the beer, while Becca, the cheese expert, will share about the cheese.
