Let’s get into truffle! Savor an evening where truffles take center stage and exceptional wines and fine company deliver an altogether incredible culinary experience. Taste your way through an incredible menu featuring dishes that highlight the truffle in all its essence.
Delicate yet aromatic, Chef Gutkin will present and discuss every course of the carefully crafted truffle menu, with each dish perfectly paired with Napa Valley wines from the Far Niente Winery portfolio. Wine expert and representative Lindsey Lasky, C.S.W. with Far Niente Winery, will be on hand to discuss and guide us through each wine and its history and background.

About Chef Henry Gutkin, Fredericksburg, Texas
Born in the East-Germany state of Thuringia, Chef Gutkin’s culinary journey began at the age of 17 on the island Juist, in the North Sea. With a career spanning over two decades, his passion for food has taken him across Germany and Austria, and now to Texas. From five-star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants to large-scale events and exclusive private dining experiences, Chef Gutkin’s diverse background reflects a deep dedication to his craft.
Driven by a love for fresh, seasonal ingredients and a commitment to sourcing the finest local products, Chef Henry has curated a menu that celebrates the intoxicating and delicious truffle while drawing from his experience spent at Munich’s Michelin starred Italian restaurant Acquarello alongside Chef Mario Gamba.
