• Chicken Pastilla — a classic sweet and savory Moroccan pie layered with tender spiced chicken, crispy pastry, almonds, cinnamon, and powdered sugar.

• Couscous with tender beef, caramelized onions, and raisins.

• Grandma’s Chicken — slow-cooked chicken with apricots, figs, and pineapple.

• Traditional Moroccan Salads including seasoned carrots, marinated beets, and smoked eggplant salad.

• Traditional Moroccan Mint Tea and dessert served at the end of the evening.

Please note: Alcoholic beverages are not included in the dinner price. Guests may purchase drinks separately from Little Liberia, whose bar will be open throughout the event.
