Grab your yoga mat and head over to Crystal Lake Brewing for beer yoga!This is an hour long Beginner friendly yoga class taught by instructor Laura Schultz. Laura has been teaching beer yoga sine the brewery got its start back in 2014!
Bring a friend if you like and be prepared to drink a beer while holding your yoga poses.
The cost is $20 to attend which includes one canned flagship beer.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of class to fill out a short registration form and get settled with your spot.
