Chatham University Fall 2025 Study Abroad Fair Exhibitor Registration

Chatham University welcomes education abroad providers at our Wednesday, September 17, 2025, Study Abroad Fair!

We appreciate early registration. The deadline to register is September 5, 2025. Late registration may be possible if space permits.

The fee for each organization attending is $100. Each organization will have an 8-foot table and two chairs.

Logistics –The Study Abroad Fair will be held in Mellon Board Room of Mellon Center on Chatham's Shadyside campus (107 Woodland Road, Pittsburgh PA 15232).

Study Abroad Fair exhibitor schedule:• Set-up: 9:30am to 10:30am• Coffee, Tea available 9:00 am-11:00 am• Fair Hours: 10:30 am to 1:30 pm• Exhibitor Boxed Lunch: Boxed lunches will be provided for exhibitors around 12:00 pm

Advance Shipment of Materials: For your convenience, you may mail materials for the Study Abroad Fair in advance. Please plan for your materials to arrive by Wednesday, September 10, 2025. We will deliver received materials to your table the morning of the Fair.
