About this Event
Join us for a relaxed, community-led sober creative workshop designed to offer space for connection, reflection, and creativity. This small pop-up session invites you to slow down, paint, and spend time in a welcoming, alcohol-free environment.
All materials are provided, and each participant will take their canvas home at the end of the session. Tea, coffee, popcorn, and optional alcohol-free refreshments will be available. No previous art experience is needed — this is about expression, not perfection.
The session will be hosted at London Friend and is open to LGBTQ+ people and allies. The approach is wellbeing-led and harm-reduction focused, with an emphasis on choice, inclusivity, and creating a calm, supportive space.
About the hosts
This event is organised by The Sober Bar London CIC, an independent community project creating alcohol-free spaces and sober social pop-ups. We are grateful to London Friend for kindly allowing us to use their space for this session. Please note this is not an official London Friend group or service.
