Every Thursday, we’re taking over the scene for an epic social hour you won't want to miss. This is your chance to leave the small talk behind and dive into real conversations with like-minded individuals. No more talking about the weather—each week brings a fresh theme to spark the conversation and ignite new connections.

Tickets? They’re free. And to keep the vibe going long after the event ends, we’ll drop you into a local Group Chat where the real conversations happen. Whether you’re a local or just moved into the area, everyone’s invited to join the fun.

This is a 21+ event, so come ready to vibe with a drink in hand. While it’s not mandatory, we ask you to show some love to the local venue by grabbing at least one drink or food item. From cocktails to mocktails, and a killer menu—there's something for everyone. So, grab your crew (or roll solo) and come through. Let’s talk, laugh, and make some unforgettable memories. Don’t miss out!

You will be sent an email prior to the event with a WhatsApp group chat link, optional printable wristband & name tag to wear to meet up with other attendees. This email will also include the conversation topic of the evening - as well as helpful questions & discussion thoughts to get the conversation rolling! This is a non-hosted event, meaning that attendees meet up on their own at the venue.

To connect with other attendees at the venue: Please post in the WhatsApp group when you arrive to connect with others! Grab a drink/food and a spot! We do our best to ensure a decent turn out, some weeks will be busier than others. The point of this is to promote local community and spaces to always meet someone new.

Please note - for all attendees who register the same day of event, feel free to attend but we cannot guarantee an email event packet will be sent out. You will need to join the WhatsApp group listed below to connect with attendees and view this week's optional conversation topics. Thanks for understanding!

Street parking available as well as paid parking nearby. Event is 21+ and all attendees are encouraged to support this local venue by purchasing at least one drink or menu item (Non-alcoholic & alcohlic drinks available!) Dress as you wish! No special attire required!

Please Note: We are NOT associated with the venue or any vendors at this event! This event is a "Meetup" with our social club. All attendees are responsible for their own drink/food costs. We are simply "Meeting up" to socialize & enjoy the evening! Because this is a weekly, recurring week - please check with venue directly if date falls on a holiday or special ocassion.

Social Anxiety?! We get it. It's weird to meet strangers off the internet - & our parents definitely told us not to! Our premium membership "verifies" all members so you can feel safer attending. We recommend grabbing a drink (alcoholic or non!) to have something to hold/sip for the inevitable awkward silences. Planning ahead, dressing in something that makes you feel confident, & thinking of some of your interests/potential conversations before arriving are some tips to ensure you have a fun night. Not to self-promote but our podcast is also pretty helpful to learn some friending basics!

We offer local WhatsApp groups to every city with a weekly Chat & Cheers event. This chat is meant to help you connect at the event and after! Please use the chat to continue hanging out, networking, and building friendships!

We get it! But also - some of y'all be meeting strangers and sending noodles one-on-one after swiping on Tinder and chatting for 10 minutes, like ? If you can do that, I promise you can go to a local brewery and connect with a few potential new friends who also read this event description and thought, "Hell yeah! This is an awesome concept!"

You're a host and so is every attendee! This helps build community and create iniative. You're an ambassador to our club. You're helping people connect and you're doing something social, which is always a positive!

This is a free event! Keep the expectations low but have the mind set that, at the bare minium, you're gonna go and have some good drinks/food while supporting local. Best case? You meet some really cool new friends or people and find likeminded community at the same time/place each week.

In all seriousness - our social club is a passion. It's hard to make friends as an adult. & it's even harder to find people to step up and want to help organize things like this. If you want free and low pressure options, I'm confident that our club Hard To Make Friends As An Adult is providing the best resource out there. Help us make friending easy.

Yes! We are a social club, podcast, and (almost) book founded by our main host Macey back in 2017! We're free to join because we think most social clubs are just BS extensions of frats/sororities where losers pay to stay relevant and have friendships. Don't pay for your friends. & don't pay for dinner with strangers that some AI corporate robot pairs you up with. This event is free to attend. There's no pressure. Enjoy some food & drinks, have a nice night. Leave if you want, close the place down. Make friends or just get out of the house. Whatever you do, we're here to help you reclaim your social life!
