Please join us in a celebration of 50 years of service to the City of Casper and her citizens.
Fifty years ago, the City of Casper formed the Housing Authority of Casper. This endeavor created an entity to administer the HUD programs of housing for the City of Casper.
Over the past 50 years, CHA has grown from a small program to today's nationally recognized Housing Authority.
The programs we administer are innovative and help raise up the lives of our citizens.
