Charter Sunday Worship Service Celebration

🎉 You’re Invited to a Very Special Sunday at Peace in the Desert Church! 🎉
On Sunday, November 15 at 10 a.m., we’ll celebrate Chartering Sunday—a joyful milestone as Peace in the Desert Church is formally recognized as a new union congregation of the United Methodist Church and the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA).
This is more than a special service—it’s a celebration of two congregations becoming one church family and the exciting ministry God is building through us. ❤️
We are especially honored to welcome bishops from both denominations, who will join us for this historic celebration!
⛪ 10 a.m. Worship & Chartering Service
🍽️ Luncheon & Fellowship Following Worship
📍 Peace in the Desert Church
11735 N Scottsdale Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85254
Everyone is welcome! Come celebrate, worship, and share a meal with us as we give thanks for where we’ve been, celebrate where we are, and look forward to where God is leading us next.
Come be part of this special moment in the life of Peace in the Desert Church! 💙
