Your experience is available during Open Play from 8:00 AM–1:00 PM. Simply arrive anytime that works best for your family and enjoy everything included with your ticket throughout your visit.
This is a special ticketed experience available during Open Play.
Families attending regular Open Play that day are always welcome to enjoy the cafe; however, the Charm Bar, charcuterie boxes, beverages, and professional keepsake portraits are reserved exclusively for guests who purchase a Charms & Charcuterie Experience Ticket.
Tickets are required so we can prepare the correct amount of food, reserve Charm Bar materials, and ensure every family receives their professional portrait.
