Wendell Brunious is a celebrated New Orleans trumpeter, composer, and educator whose lyrical phrasing and warm tone embody the elegance of the citys traditional jazz lineage. The son of legendary trumpeter John Brunious, he carried the family legacy forward as a longtime member and former leader of the Preservation Hall Jazz Band.
