LuzCelenia presents Charm City Live Music's 1st Anniversary Celerbration featuring a live music perforamce, a birthday champagne toast for Charm City Live Music Founder, LuzCelenia's 40th Birthday, dance floor, intimate lounge area seating, cash bar, pool table and more at one of Baltimore's most sultry event spaces.
