On March 22, 2025 we’re bringing the culture back to the Queen City! Join us for West Fest: An HBCU Showcase, where nationally acclaimed universities come together in the heart of the South, right here in Charlotte, NC.

This exciting event is FREE and open to students in grades 6-12 and their families. They'll experience a day filled with music, food, and fun, all while getting an up-close look at everything HBCUs have to offer. We have over 400 registrations already!

Vending options:

• Product Vendors:

We'd love to prioritize Black-owned and family-friendly businesses—think items you’d see at a Homecoming event, like self-care items, apparel, homemade jewelry, and similar products.

• Food Trucks:

We are looking for food trucks that can offer a platter/flat rate food option, to ensure service moves with ease. You are still welcome to sell your standard menu items to all guests.
