Charlotte People Analytics - Year End Meetup

Hands-on AI for people analytics, practical prompts, networking, light bites & drinks. Bring your device - Wi-Fi provided.
About this Event

Join Charlotte People Analytics for a year-end evening of hands-on learning, networking, and celebration, generously supported by Revelio Labs.

This session will focus on one of the biggest opportunities in people analytics today: using AI to make analysis faster, easier, and more accessible in everyday work.

What to Expect

Revelio Labs will lead a hands-on activity using a provided dataset and a series of prompts. You’ll use your own device to run the prompts, explore the data, and see how AI can help move from business question → analysis → insight more efficiently.

This is not a technical coding workshop. The goal is to show practical ways AI can support people analytics workflows, accelerate analysis, and make data exploration more accessible.

What You’ll Get

• Hands-on experience using AI with a real dataset
• Practical prompts and approaches you can apply in your own work.
• Exposure to new ways of integrating AI into day-to-day people analytics
• Opportunities to learn from peers and compare approaches
• Time to connect, celebrate the year, and build new relationships

This Session Is for You If You:

• Work in people analytics and want practical ways to use AI in your workflow
• Work in HR, talent, workforce planning, org design, strategy, finance, or HR technology and want to better understand what AI-enabled people analytics can do
• Are curious about AI but want a practical, hands-on use case rather than another presentation
• Are early in your career and want exposure to how practitioners approach real analytical problems

Bring Your Own Device

Please bring a laptop or another device you can use during the activity.

Wi-Fi will be available at the venue. No advanced AI, coding, or data science experience is required.

Food, Drinks & Networking

Light appetizers and drinks will be provided, thanks to Revelio Labs.

Come ready to learn, experiment, network, and celebrate the year with the Charlotte People Analytics community.
