Healthy food can mean better health. That’s why Blue Cross NC is teaming up with Avance Care® to host Nutrition 101 – a fun series of three classes on nutrition in our Charlotte location. The series is focused on helping you make healthy food and better nutrition an easier, more fun part of your life. And there’ll be cooking demos and tastings to give you a fresh perspective on just how delicious good nutrition can be!
Nutrition 101 is led by a registered dietitian from Avance Care. Over the three 90-minute sessions, you’ll have fun learning about:
• Portion control
• Meal planning
• Reading food labels
• Healthy snack alternatives
• Tasty budget meals
• Curbing food cravings
• Preparing quick and easy meals
• And more
