Charlotte Culinary Camp Session 2

WHO

• Always EATS, Inc. is a non-profit that supports the culinary department of Garinger High School. It is run and supported by teachers.

WHAT

• 4 day or 2 week summer camp experiences for 5th - 8th graders. 7:00 am -6:00 pm daily.
• Teaching and connecting cooking and gardening education.
• We will be taking farm tours, cultivating crops, and cooking delicious recipes.
• Instructed and guided by experienced teachers and experts in the industry.

WHEN

There are two available camp sessions:

• July 8th - 19th (Session 2).
• July 22nd - August 2nd (Session 3).
• Register now. Space is limited.

WHY

• Unforgettable experience bonding with other campers.
• Instruction in safety/sanitation.
• Understanding how to work in a commercial kitchen.
• Field trips to local urban farms.
