Charlotte Crown's February Monthly Business Meeting

The Charlotte Crown Black Real Estate Association welcomes City of Charlotte Urban Planner John G. Howard to discuss the history of Hyde Park Estates.

Mr. Howard has over 20 years of experience in various planning disciplines and currently serves as a Senior Transportation planner with the Charlotte Area Transit System. He is focusing on development and planning along the current transit corridors.

Mr. Howard’s prior work includes manager of the Charlotte Historic District Commission; and Quality of Life project manager and urban designer with an emphasis on preserving the character of African-American neighborhoods.
