🔞 AGE & ID
This is an 18+ event.
Valid photographic ID may be required for entry and will be required where necessary for the purchase or redemption of alcohol.
The venue’s age-verification policy applies. If you are asked to provide proof of age and cannot provide acceptable photographic ID, you may be refused the complimentary alcoholic drink and/or further alcohol service.

Each valid paid event ticket entitles the ticket holder to one complimentary BuzzBallz alcoholic drink, subject to age verification and availability.
The following conditions apply:
- One complimentary drink per paid ticket.
- The complimentary drink is available to 18+ ticket holders only.
- Valid photographic proof of age may be required.
- The complimentary drink must be redeemed and consumed inside the licensed event venue.
- Complimentary drinks cannot be taken away or removed from the premises.
- The drink must be redeemed during the event and cannot be claimed after the event has finished.
- The offer has no cash alternative and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
- BuzzBallz flavours are subject to availability and an alternative available flavour may be offered.
- Management and venue staff reserve the right to refuse alcohol service in accordance with licensing requirements and responsible alcohol-service policies.

All promotions are subject to availability and the venue’s licensing and age-verification requirements. Offers may be changed or withdrawn where reasonably necessary.

Admission is subject to venue capacity, security requirements and the venue’s conditions of entry.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove anyone displaying threatening, abusive, excessively intoxicated or otherwise inappropriate behaviour.
Alcohol service may be refused at the discretion of authorised venue staff in accordance with licensing requirements.
💳 TICKETS & REFUNDS
Tickets are valid only for the event and date stated and may not be duplicated or used more than once.
Unless the event is cancelled or materially changed, tickets are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or the ticketing platform’s applicable terms.

The advertised line-up, performers, timings, drinks promotions and other event details may be subject to reasonable change.
Where there is a significant change to the event, we will aim to communicate this through our event and social channels.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please speak to a member of the event team at the venue.
