About this Event

The Charleston Area Black Caucus will host a 2-day convention where policy makers, elected officials, civic + religious leaders, and corporate citizens will convene to discuss community and legislative priorities for 2022.

Be a part of the leading convention on issues and results impacting African Americans and the Black community in Charleston.

The mission of the convention is to Educate the Black Citizenry, and strengthen Political Influence. It is through education and action that we will continue to lead the passage of legislation that can positively affect change across the Tri-County area of Charleston.

The conference will feature a day of business and political education sessions, followed by a Happy Hour Networking Gathering celebrating healthcare workers, first responders and educators. The convention will conclude the following day with a Leadership Gala focused on vendor opportunities for political campaign fundraising, small businesses recognition and much more.

Session itineraries and speakers will be released Tuesday, November 12, 2021 and available to all registrants via email. For updates visit
