Together with Charles Heidsieck CEO, Stephen Leroux, and new Chef de Caves, Emilien Erard, I am delighted to invite you to join us for a special dinner celebrating Charles' lauded Blanc des Millénaires with a rare 'look back' at some of the Maison's museum champagnes.Few champagne houses have reached the fevered cult status enjoyed by Charles Heidsieck. Their trademark textured and complex style represents elegance and indulgence - the connoisseur's choice.
Together we will share no less than 11 champagnes alongside a bespoke menu prepared by Me-Gal at Taronga Zoo, served on the rooftop with spectacular views.
